Aultman is My Hospital
Canton South resident Traci Stoddard had been an Aultman patient for decades. “From minor injuries to the birth of my two children to major surgeries,” she said, “my family has always used Aultman Hospital. Aultman is my hospital.”
In 2010, Traci’s health insurance changed to a plan that considered Aultman an out-of-network provider. Thankfully, she learned about the Yes, You Can program that provides access to Aultman for people with other commercial health insurance plans*.
According to Traci, applying for Yes, You Can was easy. “We simply signed up online,” she explained. “My husband, Mike, followed up with the customer service representative, who was very helpful and friendly.”
Today, Traci and her family are grateful they can return to Aultman in times of need. “My family and relatives have gone to Aultman since I can remember,” she said. “We have always received high-quality service and care, no matter what the situation.”
*You are eligible for “Yes, You Can” if your commercial health plan allows out-of-network service. You are still responsible for your health plan’s regular in-network deductibles and co-pays. People with Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare, Medicare HMOs, Medicare Advantage Plans, most commercial HMOs, other federal and state plans, Medicare supplements and auto liability claims are not eligible for “Yes, You Can.”
For EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES, physician services are billed separately and will not be part of the “Yes, You Can” program.
