Yoga is a moving relaxation and meditation that helps calm and center the mind, body and spirit. The noncompetitive atmosphere of this class will help improve your balance, strengthen muscle and offer you a more confident feeling. Relax and enjoy the peace of this program as we focus on the inside as well as the outside of the body. Bring a mat or large beach towel for floor postures.
