2007 Commit to Be Fit series

Commit to Be Fit 2007 is a six-month series in The (Massillon) Independent that follows the progress of 15 local people on three teams as they strive to lose weight and establish healthier lifestyles.

Aultman is sponsoring the team of nurse Linda Baker, local business owner Jay Bomze, lab worker Jennifer Brown, volunteer fireman Brian Frascone and teacher Beth Russ.

Aultman employees working with the team include dietitians and a behavioral counselor at Aultman Weight Management and fitness specialists at Aultman West limited fitness facility. Click here to meet them and learn about the facilities.

Read published exercise and health tips from Aultman experts as well as articles published about Team Aultman below. More articles about the program's other teams are on the newspaper's Web site. An archive of Aultman's 2006 team is here.
