Xertubes and music will complement this training series as you learn to focus on muscle groups and strengthen your body for improved arthritic joints and stronger muscles.
Strength training is found to be of great benefit to physical, mental, spiritual health and improved quality of life. Strength or resistance training has been shown to significantly improve an individual's mood.
This is the second class of the six-week series beginning Oct. 31, 2009.
