Food and Vending
The Aultman cafeteria is located on the second floor and is open 24 hours a day. Angello's 7th Street Cafe, located off the main lobby, is open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Vending machines are also available on each floor of the hospital.
Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care team is here to meet the spiritual needs of patients and their families.
Flowers and Gifts
Fresh and silk flower arrangements are available at our Flower Shop. Our Gift Shop offers a variety of items such as greeting cards, snacks, magazines and gifts. Both shops are located in the main hospital lobby. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
A 24-hour ATM is available in the hospital lobby, near the main hospital information desk.
Internet Access
Internet access is available in the Sharon Lane Health Information Center, which is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wireless Internet access is also available in the family waiting area located across from the information desk.
Security Services
Our Security staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your needs. Contact Security at ext. 36268 for an escort to your vehicle or if you're having car trouble. Security also handles lost-and-found items.
Communication Services
To assist hearing-impaired patients, Aultman offers teletypewriter (TTY) machines, an incoming TTY phone line at 330-363-7478, amplified headsets for patients' room phones and interpreters for the deaf. Many Aultman employees and physicians are available to serve as interpreters for patients and families who are not fluent in English. These communication services are available by notifying any member of the nursing staff.
Health Information Center
The Sharon Lane Health Information Center, located off the Aultman Hospital main lobby, provides a comprehensive collection of health care educational materials. The center is staffed by full-time nurse educators who provide personal assistance and customized research. The center is open to patients, family members and the general public.
