Why take the falls risk assessment?
Falls are the number one cause of injuries leading to emergency department visits, hospitalizations and deaths for Ohioans age 65 and older. Last year, nearly 61% of all trauma patients seen at Aultman had suffered a fall. Click here to take this interactive falls risk assessment.
